The New Braunfels Christian Academy elementary program educates children in grades first through fifth providing an exciting and developmentally appropriate learning experience. Here, children develop Christian character, further their awareness of the world around them, experience the excitement of discovery, and realize continued success in their early academic lives.
Curriculum & Enrichment Programs
Children are encouraged in Christian growth through Bible study and prayer. This is fostered by qualified and dedicated teachers who lead children in academic learning and teach Christian principles. A variety of special programs and extracurricular activities give children the chance to work together cooperatively while developing and strengthening leadership qualities. The maximum ratio of student to teacher per class is 20:1.
Students study with a specific teacher in a self-contained classroom and receive instruction from enrichment teachers in the areas of music, art, physical education, and Spanish. Students may also participate in Speech Meet and PSIA competition. Each class is equipped with a computer learning center.
Elementary students are required to wear the official New Braunfels Christian Academy seasonal uniform, with several choices within the dress code. Uniforms are available for purchase through Lands' End.
